Terms of Service

These launch terms are a working version for founding access and must be reviewed by legal counsel before prize contests go live.

1. What SlateArena Provides

SlateArena provides sports picks, DFS slate tools, community features, contests, leaderboards, staff content, and premium data access. Content is for informational and entertainment purposes.

2. No Guaranteed Results

SlateArena does not guarantee winning picks, profitable outcomes, DFS results, contest success, or betting results. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

3. Founding Access

Paid founding access may unlock premium previews, sport access, staff content previews, DFS beta features, and account status. Founding access does not automatically create prize eligibility.

4. Prize Contests

Prize contests, including $100K STREAK, require separate official rules, eligibility checks, verification, and compliance review before live entry.

5. Community Conduct

Users may not harass others, impersonate real people, manipulate contests, create duplicate accounts for advantage, or post misleading claims.

6. AI Simulations

SlateArena may use clearly labeled AI simulations for education, testing, and community activity. AI simulations are not real users and are not prize eligible.

7. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Billing, cancellation, refunds, and account access rules may be updated as the product evolves.
